For nearly 30 years, I've had a passion for personal development and healing, learning many modalities and techniques. Nine years ago I became a life coach. Now, I am in a master's program to become a clinical mental health counselor, specializing in trauma. Currently, I am not running group coaching programs, but I am holding one-on-one coaching sessions.

I love meeting clients where they are and helping them find healing, tools, and resources to help improve their lives and relationships and experience more joy and authenticity.

I am a friendly extrovert. Most of my family are introverts and I highly respect them too! I am a connector, which is perhaps a superpower of my ADHD brain . I love connecting with people, connecting people with other people, and connecting people with helpful resources. I have been on a faith/spirituality expansion journey for years and although it was painful in the beginning, I'm grateful for the transformation. I feel more loving, peaceful, inclusive, and curious about people and the world.

I love holistic health and I'm amazed at how connected we are -- our bodies, emotions, mental health, spirit/soul, and the earth. I am a recovering perfectionist, and I love people deeply. I am fascinated with ancient, indigenous healing practices such as drumming, intuitive dancing, and Yoga Nidra. The therapy modality I most love is internal family systems (IFS). Here is a video explanation of IFS by Richard Schwartz, the founder of IFS.

I call myself solar-powered because I love sunshine so much. I also love the mountains, earthing, hiking, cycling, smoothies, dark chocolate, the beach, and writing poems without following the rules. My husband and I live in Utah. We have five children and six grandchildren. When my grandchildren visit, our counter is filled with art and craft projects, just as just like when I was a kid.
